OSS strives to provide our customers a service with high quality and reliability at a cost effective way. OSS emphasize on ensuring safe and environment friendly work place with best interest on the well being of our employees, customers, stakeholders and the community in which we work and live.
To achieve and sustain total customer satisfaction and to maintain safe and environment friendly work culture, OSS developed, established and maintained integrated management system conforming to the international QMS standards and regional safety standards. The established management system is periodically reviewed to ensure continual improvement.
Currently the QMS established in the facilities at Singapore and India were assessed by APIQR® and certified in conformance to the QMS Standards – ISO 9001:2008 , TS 29001:2007 and API Spec Q1.
